My greatest achievement was receiving my MBA as a mature-age student. Working full-time whilst studying part-time wasn’t easy, however it was worth the effort in the end. My MBA was tailored to the industry I work in, making it all that more relevant.

After graduation, my company promoted me!

Investing in your education now will bring the rewards year in and year out. It’s never too late. Hats off to Gordon for your professionalism shown and industry relevant course content.

My Bachelor of Education degree, majoring in TESOL was enough to land me a job in China teaching English.

The teaching placements allowed us to choose the type of school we wanted to teach in, and I was able to actually teach in China and use that as part of my course. The school in China was taking my on as an intern, but this also allowed me to open their door, and eventually they hired me after graduation.

I love how Gordon’s aims are to get you employed in your chosen degree upon graduation. Full support throughout my studies. Thank you.

I really enjoyed the group projects that were part of my Engineering course. We were all responsible for the design of a high-rise building, which incorporated mechanical, electrical, structural and civil engineering. I majored in electrical engineering, and so that was my focus on the project. We all had to work together to build a successful city high-rise. Awesome project, and mimicked the real-world.

Gordon University has a strong focus on creating syllabus based off real-world applications. This made my transition into the work place all that much easier.

I’ve always dreamt of going to college with all subjects taught in English. English isn’t my mother tongue, and so my grades weren’t typical of past studies here in Germany. My instructors were extremely supportive in explaining things to me, and I was also able to spread out my Bachelor degree over 5 years instead of 4.

Thank you Gordon University, and especially to my caring instructors.

College is a lot different to high-school. For starters, we need to take our own initiative more, and manage not only our studies, but many of us also had part-time jobs at the same time. The flexible structure of the studies here meant it was easier to juggle other commitments.

I completed my Bachelor degree, which was full-time at 10 subjects per semester. Quite intensive, so you really need to keep on top of things before they pile up. If you focus on your studies and don’t waste time, you’ll be fine.

It’s one of the best times in our life studying at Uni. Studying at Gordon made me feel part of the larger family, and the support was always there when needed. Often I would email my instructors and get their replies that evening.

Definitely recommend Gordon to those looking to advance in their careers, or just starting out with their tertiary studies.
